If we produce paper that is 100% made from recycled paper (Akhal), it is called liner paper. Liner paper is also known in the market as brown paper, Iranian paper, or kraft paper. This paper is used in the front or inner layer (depending on the future use of the cardboard sheet).

floating

Fluting paper or corrugated paper refers to thick and corrugated paper that is used as the middle layer in cardboard production. The weight of the middle layer per square meter of fluting paper is between 80 and 200 grams, and based on international standards, its minimum standard weight is set at 80 grams per square meter.

Test liner

Testliner paper is produced entirely from recycled fibers, but in its production process, additives such as starch (in the form of a paste on one or both sides of the paper) and other additives for filling and color are also used.

Collecting and sorting

The process of producing recycled paper begins with the collection of various types of waste paper and cellulose waste. The materials are then sorted and impurities are separated. This stage is the foundation of the final quality of the paper and an effective step in protecting the environment.

dough making

Cellulosic materials are soaked and ground in pulping machines to form a uniform pulp. This step releases the fiber structure and prepares the pulp for paper production.

refinement

In this stage, the pulp is cleaned of impurities. The careful refining helps improve the quality of the fibers and produce uniform, high-quality paper.

paper production

The refined pulp is spread on mesh belts and formed into initial sheets of paper. At this stage, by carefully adjusting the process, paper with the desired thickness and texture is produced.

dry and pressed

The produced paper passes through heated rollers and its moisture is removed. The press makes the paper smoother and stronger.

Finishing and cutting

After drying, the papers are cut to the desired dimensions. This step is done according to the customer’s needs and the product is ready to be sold.

Warehouse and distribution

The cut papers are stored and sorted in the warehouse. Standard packaging and fast distribution ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

water purification

All water used is recycled and pollutants are removed at the treatment plant. This step symbolizes the factory’s commitment to protecting water resources and nature.
